Exceptional applications will always be consideredWhen you apply for this guild, we would like you to keep a few things in mind.1. If you're a lootwhore, ninja, only interested in farming content mindlessly, in need of constant attention or anything similar, don't bother applying. These are not the players we are looking for (or any other guild, I think).
2. Know the difference between casual and slacking. Casual in our case means we're not forcing you to raid all our raid days with us, we're not gonna hound you because you don't show up online every day. However... is there any point of joining a raiding guild without intentions to raid? I don't think so. However, when we do raid, we focus on the raid and we expect people to come prepared for it (consumables, potions, correct gear/gems, the list can be made long). Casual DOES NOT mean not bothering to focus and be prepared, the correct term for such things would be slacking.
3. Remember, if you have our guild tag floating above our head, you are also responsible for our reputation. So be on a good behaviour in /1 /2 /g /p /whateverchat.
4. Have some knowledge about your class, and willingness to learn. There can be people claiming to do "zomg imba dee-pee-esssssss"... and then they die three seconds later from overaggro. A dead DPS:er does no damage at all. This goes for every role in a raid: Tanks, don't let anyone die. Healers: don't let the tank die. DPS: don't overaggro.
5. This one's rather important, have a sense of humor. Be prepared for some abuse now and then, and be prepared to abuse back
Raiding days are: Monday: 20.00-23.00
Wednesday: 20.00-23.00
Friday: 20.00-23.00
Sunday: 20.00-23.00
Raid invites start at 19.30 and end at 19.50, be on time!10-man: We're not doing any "official" raids to 10-man instances anymore. Though our members are free to setup their own raid sign-ups and shizzle for the offdays.
In terms of gear we want people able to fullfill their role in late Tier5 content, that would basically mean badge gear, good Kara gear, ZA gear and some 25-man gear.
